Experience of Ex-student

Dear Students,
Samshad Khan one of our student from CBIT-5 batch recently visited center after 1 year of joining her job at Pune. She joined as TM-1 in LG electronics.
She shared that she is working there in quality control team, where she checks the quality of LCD screens of LG TV.
She told that at 8 am office bus picks her and after reaching workplace she directly goes to canteen and have juice
. After it they all start work at 9 am and get a tea break at 10 am where they get tea and biscuits and then they get lunch break at 12 pm. All the canteen facilties(lunch,breakfast,juice) and bus service is free of charge.
She avails many other facility such as training of PDR, spoken English classes and technical trainings. Their company provide them chance for higher studies and provide preparation leave and exam leaves.
They also get bonus after each quarter of 200% of their basic salary!!!!
Talking to her was great pleasure for us. She was the one who said yes to first offer that came in her way during her training in DLC. She said yes to job, yes to profile, yes to all difficulties of shifting to Pune, staying alone there. Now she is so comfortable and confident that it takes time even to recognize her at one glance.
