English problem(For neeru mam and center head sir)

I feel that i am not week in english, i mean, i can write well even i can speak, but befor speaking i have to think that how should i translate the hindi sentence. Thus, i can't speak fluently.Please suggest me for solving this problem.

Pankaj, almost all of us use English as a second language and often think in our mother tongue.

You will have to increase your vocabulary and then move on to phrases. As you get more familiar with common phrases and memorise them, you will not have to translate each time you use them.

You can also increase the speed of your translation but that is not going to happen quickly and it will not give you the fluency.

A good way to progress is to use short and simple sentences to convey your thoughts. the sentences may not be correct but you have to force yourself to use only English words. You have to read more and listen to English news and programmes.
